Miss lavakula's Birthday.

Today it was miss lavakula's birthday.Today we had a compition and the compition was how to make a party hat.Guess what my hat was like a queen.After when Rm 13 made a hat we had chopsuey it was so yummy and after when we finished our chopsuey we had to wash wash our plate and cup.After when we had our chopsuey we had cupcakes it was so yummy and sweet for me.One day i wish that it is my birthday and we can invite friends and people is related.Miss lavakula said that if we be good after lunch we will watch movies and have popcorn.This is the best teacher witch is miss lavakula because she let us watch movies.Please leave me a comment and please enjoy the pictures.Have a lovely day.

My Weekend.

Hello here is a story about Fathers day.WOW it is a long paragraph.Please enjoy. In the weekend it was father’s day.On fathers day i wrote a letter to my grand dad and my dad.First i was at my nan’s house and i woke up and i realized that there is something that is missing on a sunday and my sister Raewen could out it is Father’s day and i got up get dressed and said to my grand dad Happy fathers day granddad and i gave him my letter and he read it and i gave him a big huge hug and he gave me a cuddle and i did too.For fathers day i said to my granddad to close his eyes and sit on the chair and wait because me and my nana and my sister made him breakfast and we said to him you can open your eyes and he did and as he opened his eyes my sister and nana made him egg’s and sausages for breakfast. When my papa had breakfast my dad rang and said “can you and your sister come home” and i said “yes i will” and when he rang us me and my sister said Happy fathers day dad and he said thank you and we said its alright.We went and asked my nan and said “nana can you drop us home because dad said said” and she said “yes i will” when she dropped us home i came in and said to my mom “is dad here” and my mum said “no he is going to pick up your brother and your other sister”.When my dad got back i gave him my card and in my card i said that you will always be in my heart.When he came inside i gave him a massive hug and i gave him the letter i wrote.When he finished reading it he said “Thank you for that magnificent letter Rowana” and i said “Its alright dad happy fathers day”. After when my dad came back me and my sister’s had a shower i was first then Raewen then Oli when i was finished i got changed then Raewen got changed then oli got changed we all got changed and we had to do our hair then we had to travel to my nana’s and papa’s house and say happy fathers day when we did we had a little bit of some snack then we had to give the present to my papa and when we were finished we had to go back to my papa’s house and give him the present and then we had to wait and wait for my aunties uncles and cousins because they were at church and they finished at 1.00 and when they were finished my papa and his cousin and friends were cooking the pig outside our backyard and they were trying to put the fire up and then they did.After that they took for about 3 or 4 hours and when they were finished cooking we had a feed and the reason why we had a feed because it was fathers day and my two aunties and their mom were going to Aussie on monday after when we had our dinner we had dessert for dessert we had ice cream and cake it was so yummy.Once i waited and waited until my stomach got full i felt it and i had fun on Fathers day. I wish on fathers day i could give my grandpa and dad a big massive present so they can be surprised.I hope you enjoy my story Please leave me a comment.

Hi my name is Rowana and today i am going to talk about Sky-ping because i was talking to my friend in Australia.When i was talking to him first i had to get my chrome book and write some good answer's for him.The first thing i said is "Hi Daniel how are you today" and he said "Hi Rowana i am good thank you" and we both said some questions and guess what Daniel said that in Australia it is so Wendy and trees are blowing off.The first questions i asked is What is your favorite color and why and i think he said green because it is the color of the beautiful grass and he said the same thing and i replied back my one is blue because it is the color of the sky and it sometimes makes me feel calm.When he was talking to me i saw his face and he saw mine when he saw mine he said that i looked beautiful and i said to him that he looks cool.Please leave me a comment and i hope you enjoy and read it.

Rugby Certificate.

Here is a picture of my certificate the reason why i got it because i was playing rugby and we won the hole game but the first game we played was ripper and we got a try. It was a tie so then we played different games and we all got in groups like for an example we go to ripper and the other teams goes to rugby so i went to ripper and i keep on getting the ball and every time i get the ball i always get tagged.It was very fun and it is good to play rugby because when you grow up imagine that you are a great player.Please leave me a comment.ENJOY

Debating

Last few weeks kiwi fruits were learning about debating.A debate is a form of argument it is not a mean one it is a kind form of argument.The statement was Point england should not wear school uniforms.I was in the Against team and the other team is For that means that Against should say that point englander should wear uniform and team for means that they should say No point england should not wear uniforms.There has to be 5 or 6 kids in your group.I was the first speaker and my ideas was I believe that point england school should not wear mufti because people will jealous and then they will cause a fight by saying “You look ugly” People will recognize that which school you are in because you can wear your uniform and the reason why you wear uniform because you need to wear it with pride.Wear it with pride means being tidy and if you wear flashy clothes then someone like a stranger will ask for it and steal it.While debating,i felt nervous but when i said my ideas i felt proud of myself and when you do you say you're debating in front of your class just do it and be happy because when i first did it i was not shy.As we finished our Debating we had to have a vote and when we did our vote it was a draw and then Miss Lavakula said that “Only one person in your group that has to say it” and the person was Jalen when jalen said it to the Audiance the audiance was thinking and when miss lavakula said “who do you guys vote for now” and the audiance put ther hands up for Against and there was only 1 girl who put her hand up for for team.So after when they were voting the team who won was the Against team so we won and the Against team were very proud of them selves.Please leave me a comment .

Today in class we had C.R.E.The story was about Esther , King Xerxes and Mordecai. Queen Esther was King Xerxes new queen and wife Mordecai was queen Esthers cousin. Mordecai and Esther  was Jew they worshiped Jesus and Mordecai told Esther not to tell anyone .There were two guards they were talking about king Xerxes and Mordecai heard them and told queen Esther about them.

My Basketball

For the last few weeks we had basketball. When we went to basketball it was raining outside and we had basketball in the hall. Room 13 lined up for basketball in the hall. At the hall Rob our coach said “Is everyone warm” and we said “No” so Rob said “Then let's have a warm up.” The warm up was line tiggy. Two people had been chosen to be a tagger. They had to get a ball and tag everyone with it. Before we played we had to spread out and find a line you’re going to start on. When the game started I ran as fast as I can so I don’t get tagged but Aidan tagged me and I was in.When I was in I went to tag my friend Juliet. When we were finished Rob said that we were finished had to get our own ball and stand near rob and when he says to dribble we have to dribble and we all have to copy what he is doing with the ball.The next thing we did had to put the ball near our elbows.The elbows is when we have stand in each line and have our ball in our left hand and the other team with there right.I was in the left handed and we had to bounce the ball and put our right elbow up and stare up top of your elbow.Then we changed hand’s we were right handed and the other team was left handed. The next game we played was shooting we learned how to shoot.First it was pocket and then it goes shoulder then flick the ball in the hoop.After that we had a competition.Whoever shoot the ball 10 times wins.When we had a turn i had 1 shoot but all the others get 2 or 3 and 4 after that 2 of or couch has to stand next to us and count how many balls did we get in the hoop.When we got all 10 balls in the hoop we won our games and as soon as we won we sat on the ground and we put our hand’s in our heads and we sat there quietly and wait for the other team to finished.After when we were waiting for them Rob our coach said “i think we have a winner here” and our team was shaking and when he said our team won we were saying YAY WE WON as we shouted and the other team said “great job guys” and we said “Thank you”.When we were finished Rm 2 came for their turn to have Basketball as they came Rm 13 lined up and said to Rob “Thank you for training us rob” and rob said “It’s okay”.As we lined up we went of to class. King Xerxes.

Today in C.R.E Mrs Clark told us a story about Esther. There was a king called Xerxes and he ruled the Persian empire he lived in a place with his wife queen Vashti.King told queen Vashti to show off but queen Vashti said "No".So king Xerxes told his fried's what he should do and they said to him for her to go so she went.King Xerxes said hat he was feeling so lonely so his friends to have a beauty contest.Please leave me a comment.Enjoy
