Pacific Netball

On Saturday I had to wake up at 6.00 in the morning because I had a Netball tournament its not just a tournament its also a pacific cup. The countries that were paying was Samoa, Tonga, Niue, Maori, Cook island and Fiji. 

Our first game was at 9.30 and Samoa was playing against Tonga I was in the Samoan team by the way. I was really nervous at first but when we had a team talk about what really should happen actually calmed me down. I was playing WA which feeds the ball in the circle.

Overall we won our 1st game to 8-13 and our team was called Upolu Samoa. It was rally hard for me playing this year for Samoa because my mum wasn't there to watch me. But I know that she was supporting me from above and I also know that she is always in my heart and she is also very proud of me.

During the day my team won all the games some was hard and some was OK but I really enjoyed it. At the end of the day we had to stay for prize giving most of the awards went to Tonga, Cook Island and Samoa but the other teams tried there best.

"Under 13 Upolu 1st place" said the announcer we were so Happy that we came first for Samoa everyone was cheering for us and we were proud. We had to stand up and get our medals for me it felt very proud of myself because I tried my best to come first and we did YAY!. 

My dad was proud of me and I was so happy and I was even happy because Samoa took it out again this year and last year. Just like to say thanks to the couch and also the manager.

Hello Bloggers,Here is a blog post about a mother and a son who didn't own a house. So they had to sleep in the car the mum would sleep at the back and the son would sleep at the front because that's where most of the sun comes to for warming. The text at the end was happy because the mum found herself a Job and the son was being cared to be at school, So they are gonna have a pretty good future. Info - Paragraph one - What is the main piece of information about how the  Olympics began? What are the Olympics? The Olympics games are the world's biggest sporting spectacle. The Olympic games are held every four years. Disability people participate in the Paralympic Olympics.

Info - Paragraph two - What is a second piece of info about the starting of the Olympics? When did the first Olympics start? The first Olympic Games started in April 6 1896. Did you know back in 1896 married Women were banned from watching the Olympic games. Only men were allowed to participate in the events.

Info - Paragraph three - What is the third piece of info about the starting of the Olympics? What events do you play at the Olympics? The events you play at the Olympic games are Running, Jumping, Discus Throw, Wrestling, Boxing, Pankration these are the Olympic events.

This year (2016) there is Olympic games held in Rio. It is really cool/fun because once in every four years the Olympic games are Held in different countries.

Why Would I pick Running?
The reason why I picked running was because you can be fit but the only way to be fit is to train a lot and to keep on believing yourself. I also chose running because it is the most common sport but this is my opinion. Story Writing

As Jasmine looked behind her something began to move…

she saw the shadow glide past her, she was standing in the living room to check if anyone was there but it was no one. Jasmine felt little tiny wind touching her skin she was totally freaked out it was like someone’s head is right behind her neck. So Jasmine straightaway ran to her brother Twist and said “someone is in the living room”.

They both ran into the room and something has changed the couch was facing the window it was like someone or something is out the window watching us. They saw someone heading to the room Jasmine and Twist saw hair tracks “Wow this is freaky” said twist they both followed the hair and it was leading them to the closet.

“let's take a deep breath” said twist they both opened the closet door and screamed “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” jasmine screamed so so loud that the next door neighbour had to shut their windows. Twist wouldn’t open his eyes so as Jasmine. After it was just there me messing around with them. They went back to the living room and there me keeps laughing at them next time said Twist we will pick on her.

So later on that night Jasmine would always think if that was really her mum ………….

Kindness Talk (Attitude)

On Wednesday We had this really Cool Inspirational Guy who came to talk to the Yrs 7 & 8's about Attitude, and this cool guy that I am telling you about is called Nate. He probably works for this Attitude Work to talk to children's from all schools and to give inspirational talks to them. He talks to us about who we were and also what we are in life.

He Tell's us lots of different funny things and also things that he didn't really wanted to do but wanted to earn something really cool. So he told us a story about this cool Jacket, and this cool Jacket had really got into Nate he was in high school and he saw these cool kids Wear these Jacket. Nate wanted one of those so he signed up for a jacket and unfortunately you have to play for the school Hockey Team and Nate did not know any of these he just signed himself up for the Jacket.

Later on he went to the game and was suppose to wear these uniform and he had a Hockey stick with him. He didn't know what to do at first. The game has started and Nate didn't know what to do so he grabbed his stick and just went for it. Nate told us that Hockey wasn't his thing and he also told us that he just signed up just for a Stupid Jacket.

This other thing that Nate has also told us was these 4 characters and those 4 characters was the Golden Retriever the Peace Calm one, The Otter which is the Fun Crazy one, The Lion which is a Mean bossy one that wanted things his or her way and last but not least was the Beaver, beaver is the one that does things right and is also the one that does homework so most likely the Nerd.

Nate has told us which one are we and what I have thought to myself and friends was that I have to be a Otter the Fun and Crazy one and my Friends also thinks that I am the Lion which is kind of true. So yeah those are the things that Nate has told us about and I really enjoyed it.

Revolution Tour

Revolution Tour has arrived to PES (Pt England School.)  The Yrs 7 & 8's went over to the school hall and saw these bunch of people and they looked like they were going to sing and also going to teach us something really cool. We went inside the hall and we saw people from the Revolution Tour give out notes, and these notes had really cool things on them we can buy tickets to go and see there tickets on Friday Night.

There was this one MAN named Reggie he is a man that probably likes to tell jokes, the man that LOVES music and the man who loves to play on a Trumpet. Reggie told us this Chant, and this chant means to believe in ourselves, succeed and achieve our goals and our destiny. Reggie said here is the Chant '' I CAN / YOU CAN / WE CAN / I Got Your Back. 

Reggie was a talented guy he even played songs with these two amazing twin sisters that could sing. If I got the video of them singing and playing I would show you guys and trust me your mind will be exploded. So Reggie performed us his talented songs and he told us this really sad story. It was about his mum, Reggie had a Brother and 2 Sisters his mum took his brother and also his 2 sisters, but not him (Reggie) and yes he was  a foster kid. As soon as he told us that story and that made me think of my Mum, I was going to cry but luckily I had my best friends beside me telling me its alright. But overall this song made me cry and that song was called '' 1 call away.''

So yeah that's what we did for the day and what I,v liked through out the whole Tour was there Passion, there Singing and there Reggie's Talented Trumpet.
