The Life-cycle of a Monarch Butterfly.

This is about the life cycle of a Monarch butterfly.  The life cycle starts as a tiny egg changes through different stages, turns inside out and becomes a butterfly.

The Egg

The Life Cycle begins with a female Butterfly.When a female butterfly lays an egg it is shape like an Oval.The tiny eggs need to attach to the leaf because if it doesn't it will fall.

The Caterpillar.

When a little tiny egg has grown up it turns into a Caterpillar.An egg is like a tiny safety pin.A Caterpillar often has a pattern of stripes and patches on its body.

Chrysalis.

When a Caterpillar eats more and more leaves and turn fat it will turn into a pupa which is could a chrysalis.When it comes out of it the chrysalis brakes and it turns into a butterfly.When it brakes the butterfly is ready to come out.

Monarch Butterfly.

When the Chrysalis brakes a butterfly  comes out of it.When a butterfly comes out of a chrysalis it flies away.If a Monarch butterfly has a dot it is a male and it means that it has a spray witch is a perfume so that the lady's can smell it.
