The Biggest Loser

On New Years, the Tui and Pakalani family gathered in at my nana's house. We met at my nana's house to celebrate myself and my twin sister's birthday and of course New Years. We assembled together, and were told that we will be participated in The Biggest Loser Challenge. If you are wondering what the biggest loser is, its a challenge to see who can lose the most weight. I have heard that the winner of the adults will be receiving $100 and for the kids $50. As time passed me, my siblings and my cousins were discussing on how were going to do the biggest loser because this was our first time ever participating.

I was saying to my cousin that this will be our last time drinking fizzy drinks and eating BBQ because of the diet that every will be on. We then played games such as monopoly and Family feud, after playing for 30 to 35 minutes, the food was finally ready. I gazed and sniffed the food that I will have for the last time in probably 3 - 4 months. Gazing at the food made me starve even more, "Prayer time" yelled my nana, we then closed our eyes and waited for the prayer to finish. "Amen " said my nana, I then lined up and waited for people to grab their food, I suddenly filled my plate up with yummy delicious food.

We were all eating together and I ate as much as I could, because this will be our last time eating unhealthy food. After that massive feed that we had we then kicked back at the house and just played more games and played games outside. While we were playing outside my dad then called me and my cousins one by one to weigh ourselves.

After when we all weighed in, I had to reflect on how I am going to lose weight. I had so many goals about the biggest loser and 3 of them are to Keep away from unhealthy food, to always be active and to keep my fitness balanced and last is to at least weigh under 80 or 90. Me and my family set a goal for this year, and I cannot wait to complete them. Me and my family will work our buts off, we will train hard, encourage each other and also be supportive. Thank you for reading my post, I hope you enjoyed it and please leave a positive comment.
